Description
Review due diligence and CA preparation with an extensive financial and credit analysis .
- Ensure that the new deals are in compliance with the Bank policy on eligibility criteria and risk appetite etc.
- Responsible for conducting financial due diligence of underlying financial assets purchase transactions (pools) and preparing recommendations for the credit committee.
- Coordinates with Business in credit review & approval process. - Works closely with business in responding queries arising as part of the review / approval process
Profile
14-15 years of experience in a local, regional or international bank in the GCC
