• Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial forecasts to assist the Head of Finance and the senior management with operational decision-making


• Prepare financial projections for long term strategic planning


• Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of actual versus planned results and explain key variances to senior management


• Assist senior management in reviewing past year activities and take corrective actions as necessary


• Work in partnership with brand managers to investigate and analyze margins by brand/principal in order to determine profitability


• Compile data for financial reports in order to assist management in making sound business decisions and effectively communicate financial performance to the board


• Prepare borrowing requirements, documentation and other deliverables for banks


• Develop consolidated monthly and quarterly reporting requirements


• Prepare and evaluate financial performance of potential projects


• Undertake ad-hoc business valuations to determine the financial viability of new ventures
