Startup company worked in after sale service for mobile & computer hardware
We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) individual who is currently based in Saudi Arabia for a starting after sale service company working in mobiles & computer hardware
Responsibilities:
· Capable of developing business & marketing plan towards faster growth and high profitability of a starting-up operation.
· Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned technical employees to achieving the required quality and service output goals.
· Maintain appropriate records and inventories while managing the smooth flow of work through the service center.
· Serve as the process leader for activities, ensuring work standards are defined and systemically improved.
· Lead, coach, hire and develop a highly engaged team of technicians.
· Establish targets (KPI’s) for quality, speed and cost in line with customer and business needs.
· Ensure that work standards and procedures are available and fulfilled in compliance to ensure maximum quality.
Monitor and analyze financial key performance indicators (KPI’s), propose and implement corrective actions.
