  • Preparing the company's human resources guides, policies and procedures.
    Follow-up and implementation of the policy of the institution's senior management and implementation of instructions, regulations and decisions for workers without any harm to the labor laws, regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Labor and Workers.

  • Good planning and provision of the requirements and needs of the company or institution of workers in accordance with the required technical and administrative specialties with the development of job descriptions and skills required for each job.

  •  Managing personnel files regarding recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring work hours and departures, credit leave, termination of services and compensation.

  •  Implementing the instructions and procedures approved and issued by the company and the bylaw.

  • Receiving new employees and introducing them to the institution, its regulations, instructions and work facilities therein.

  • Preparing and following up recruitment advertisements and preparing files and work requests for the relevant committees along with the approved employment instructions and procedures in the institution.

  • Participation in the work of employment committees, ex-officio.

  • Managing the organization's human resources system, and keeping it up to date,
    Carrying out studies in the field of salaries, procedures and evaluation results for workers' performance and presenting recommendations.

  • Defining the workers and their duties incurred by them and them during their work in the establishment.

  • Leading the company’s efforts in planning and implementing the human resource development plan and defining career paths for workers.

  • Participate in training employees or recommend assigning them to training courses.
    Help and contribute to solving the employees ’problems in the corporation in coordination with the higher management and overcoming difficulties.

  • Coordination with the responsible authorities in the institution on all issues concerning workers.

  • Planning, development and implementation (mechanisms for evaluating the performance of workers in the institution).

  • Help oversee the preparation of reports required by government agencies.

  • Documentation of all legal documents, regulations, instructions and decisions issued by the competent authorities in the institution and the amendments issued in the competent legal authorities.
