- Develop and implement marketing and PR strategies that ensure competitiveness, increased awareness, and efficiency.
- Manage, monitor and evaluate all activities of the organization in order to achieve financial satisfaction.
- Advise on preparing budgets.
- Develop relationships with key beneficiaries in order to win mass awareness deals with companies, universities, schools, etc
- Ensure patient needs are met and seek improvements.
- Manage and supervise the Marketing & PR function within the organization.
-Develop the organizations Marketing & PR strategies and plans to achieve the objectives and long term vision articulated by the top management.
- Assist in the appointing of qualified Marketing & PR Supervisors.
- Ensure quality and consistency of organization’s marketing material, including promotional material, brochures, websites, etc.
- Develop marketing plans that are in line with the NHHCF objectives.
- Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve patient satisfaction and service levels.
- Obtain potential/current patients and market information from various sources, provide input and recommendations to develop appropriate strategies and identify new initiatives to correspond with patient needs and market conditions.
- Plan for advertising and promotion strategies.
- Assists in the development of Communication Plan in concert with other departments.
- Contact advertising agencies, print suppliers and other marketing services.
- Resolve complex client complaints regarding services.
- Review operational records and reports to project fundraising goals.
- Reviews work on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner.
- Review the work record forms and job assignment sheets, and other related paperwork as directed.
- Conduct any other job-related tasks or duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
