All OEM System Engineers shall be directly employed by OEM of the Equipment and Software provided by this Agreement, have OEM authorized certification, and a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in all of the following;
OEM enterprise server hardware, architecture(s), and clustering solutions,
OEM related software applications,
Configuration and administration of DAS and SAN deployed in an environment similar to SAUDI ARAMCO’s,
Current networking and TCP/IP configuration and administration, Configuration and administration of remote deployment and remote management of server hardware and Software,
Experience in management of remote storage is also preferred, and Setup, installation, and integration of OEM Equipment.
OEM System Engineers shall be certified as Linux REDHAT/SUSE system engineer and Windows 2012 Microsoft Certified Solution Engineer.
OEM System Engineers shall be trained and certified on OEM hardware and software product.
OEM System Engineers shall be fluent in speaking and writing English including computer related technical terminology.
OEM System Engineers shall have excellent interpersonal communications skills.
OEM System Engineers shall have the ability to communicate/teach key concepts to less experienced technicians and system administrators.
OEM System Engineers shall possess proven ability to propose, illustrate, demonstrate, and present architectural improvements and new solutions.
OEM System Engineers shall possess proven ability to analyze system performance and tuning
