- Great experience in managing several projects at the same time.
- Develop a long, medium and short term plan for electrical, mechanical and architectural maintenance in all of the company's facilities.
- Supervising and following up the implementation of daily maintenance work in all the company's facilities.
- Approving the human resources requirements to work in all the company's facilities in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
- Approving the requirements for the necessary materials, equipment and spare parts for the Maintenance Department, requesting them from the Procurement Department, and following up their insurance.
- Training all workers in the maintenance and operation department (project managers, engineers, technicians and workers) and transferring their expertise to them.
- Supervising the observance of individual and industrial safety when performing maintenance work.
- Participate in the meetings to which he is invited, and start to review the results and decisions.
- Full powers in all matters pertaining to the implementation of the work and its requirements.
- He previously worked in managing several projects (hotels - hospitals - sports cities)
making weekly meetings with his engineers and monthly meetings with management. - Have good communications skills and relationships in private business have new projects
