Work in a team environment to safely perform the necessary operations for the production of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements.
· Standard safety practices necessary within the guidelines of TMME standards.
· Follow the guidelines of the TMME quality system.
· Perform visual quality inspection of RO Elements.
· Perform all task associated with assigned workstation.
· Work necessary overtime, as assigned by supervisor to ensure all required duties are completed.
· Must be able to read and perform basic math calculations.
· Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamlines work processes, and work cooperatively with others.
· Provide input to your supervisor; communicate honestly; within the guidelines of the company policy’s.
· Perform daily housekeeping duties which will ensure a clean and safe work environment.
· All other duties and responsibilities, not listed above, as assigned.
· Compile with all requirement in quality manual and safety manual
Operator will operate various items of machinery, learn several processes and use various types of hand and power tools. This employee will also be required to do any task and It may include training in any other work station such as Auto wider Operator, Side Cut Operator, FW Operator, Wettest Operator.
