Manage & oversee the processing of insurance claims and review of insurance related reports by ensuring the speedy processing of claims to improve the relationship with the customers and Insurance/ Cash guests at the center level.

• Create new business opportunities with Insurance & Fleet Customers


• Design attractive schemes / packages / offers / to win more Market Share


• Assist Insurance Head in designing smart B2B service level agreements to mitigate any potential risks while dealing with Credit Customers.


• Create an Insurance Customer database to ensure tracking of customer details and proper database marketing by entering all information and data into the system using MS Excel system.


• Advise and coordinate the processing of insurance claims by ensuring the prompt and timely processing to improve company revenue and customer satisfaction.


• Liaise with all Insurance Companies to improve estimation, claim issues and completion of all process to the most efficient and competitive time.


• Provide the customers with service advisor and support during the process to improve public relation and guest satisfaction.


• Finalize the process for final submission to insurance companies through regular updating the insurance claims from the insurance companies.


• Organize training & seminars to improve skills of Insurance Staff.


• Organize events & conferences to engage B2B Clients & build a good rapport with key staff across the industry


• Match the acknowledgement/ approval from Insurance with the original claims as per approval from Insurance Company’s number of units received from center.


• Process claims by collecting all insurance final invoices for processing so that any outstanding amount should be at minimal level.


• Identify, understand and map the existing Insurance Company related process to ensure smooth insurance claims process.


• Implement proper controls to avoid bad debts & write-offs due to documentation errors.


• Continuously monitor the Market & Competition & develop innovative ideas.
