• Infra SI Project Management Experience
• End to End System Integration experience
• Managed complete end to end project lifecycle right from Initiation to closure for at least 2-3 System Integration projects
• Key projects spanning multiple technologies
• Strong in Issue & Risk Management
• Budget & Stakeholder Management
• People Management, Escalation management & worked across different SI Projects that spans across Data center setup & upgrades, Virtualizations , ESX , DR Setup , Server & Application Migrations , Hosting & Cloud/Networking
• Projects delivered in line with base-lined plan, costs and scope
• Project Governance Experience, Weekly reports produced, milestone plans developed, base-lined and updated regularly
• Project changes are documented and approved through relevant governance forums
• Evidence of risks and issues recorded and mitigating actions managed, closed or escalated accordingly
• Projects closure managed according to standards
• Resourcing processes and escalation routes proactively followed
• Contribution to internal improvement initiatives
• Perform or provide inputs to cost benefit & feasibility analyses
• Variances to budget fully documented and understood
• Vendor Management, participate in all vendor negotiations and performance reviews
