Leadership Competencies:   Strategic & structured thinking, Decision Making, Planning and Organizing Others for success and Developing Actionable Policy and Standards   Education & Experience:   ·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Criminology, Compliance and Ethics, Computer Science or other business related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or other relevant professional certification is desired.   ·         With Bachelor's degree, minimum of 10 years of experience in, Auditing; With Master's degree, six to eight (8-10) years of experience is needed. With PhD degree, four to six (4-6) years of experience is needed.
