Manages and monitors all activities related to Quality Assurance & Control; setting specifications and standards, required inspection processes and auditing according to the relevant updated local and international standards, regulations, and requirements.
Monitors different activities at the company with respect to the quality of services provided and reviewing the execution of activities according to the company’s adopted policies and procedures to achieve optimal quality performance.
Manages and controls the overall internal and external audit process by reviewing and approving the audit plans, and audits outputs (Proposal for Improvements, Problem Reports, Preventive and Corrective Actions).
Manages the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans to ensure that the set targets are met according to the quality standards, regulations, and Total Quality Management System for the industry.
Designs and updates the internal policies to mitigate the risk of the company breaking laws and regulations.
Manages the process of setting up Key Performance Indicators for the operational processes in coordination with top management.
Reviews targeted Key Performance Indicators and provides reports to top management indicating the outcomes of the KPIs to ensure operational enhancements.
Keeps abreast of international legislation, guidelines and consumer practices.
Participates in internal audits concerned with compliance of the company with different policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Provides recommendations for the operational processes as per the outcomes of the KPIs in order to enhance and improve the company performance.
Monitors the registering of deviations and non-conformities regarding compliance with quality policies and procedures in the quality manuals and other quality documents.
Ensures that adopted corrective and preventive actions are implemented to reduce and overcome low standards of performance.
Manages the standards of Quality Assurance and Control throughout the company in order to achieve Total Quality Management excellence and obtain accreditation of ISO standards.
Coordinates regulatory inspections of the company and its facilities, and develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervises the audits of the company suppliers, contractors and subcontractors through rejection reports and customer complaints.
Participates in handling customer complaints in coordination with the concerned entities in a timely and consistent manner, collecting information, investigates facts and follows up on corrective actions, ensuring effective service is provided to the customers.
Maintains a copy of all original manuals in any format current and secured along with the last manual revision status index issued by the manufacturers in coordination with the Technical and Clinical Departments.
Identifies non-conformities and analyzes them through applying control methods to evaluate the current process and process changes and recommending corrective actions to be taken to handle these non-conformities and to minimize occurrences.
Performs inspection and auditing on the different activities implemented at the company to ensure regulatory standards and requirements are met
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
