• Ensure proper documentation and system adherence related to goods receipt, local sourcing, plus delivery note.


• Ensure goods arrive as per order specifications and are delivered on time after being inspected before final delivery, to ensure conformity between product and client specifications.


• Insures good coordination with delivery for higher customer satisfaction.


• Responsible for highlighting any issues related to logistics activities to COO.


• Follow-up with sales team and ensure that Sales return are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Sales Manager on any delays or issues.


• Follow up on transfers goods between warehouses in order to insure adequate customer
  servicing.


• Responsible for clearing Dispute Cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales teams.


• Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings, and stock availability vs. budget reports.


• In charge of managing the filing of all warehouse related documents


• Responsible for preparing delivery analysis by customer/channel/category/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions.


• Recording customer personal details into the system, and Open the items in system after approval
  from concerned managers, and make sure the actual stock balances matches the system stock balance.


• Confirming sales delivery into the ERP system after receiving the delivery note signed and
  stamped from the customer.


• Reporting monthly sales performance comparing to targets.


• Informing Sales Supervisor of stock availability and coordinate with purchases to meet sales requirements.


• Follow up with the QC employee to issue the samples reports after receiving new shipments and coordinate with him on fumigation required job.


• Coordinate with the purchase department to guide the containers to the proper warehouse.


• Managing all logistics department employees and report the earliness of sales orders.


• Utilize the ERP capabilities and suggest improvements and suggest new reports templates.
