Sets the division budget and expenses in coordination with Finance Division.
Participates in formulating company’s strategies, policies and objectives for establishment.
Suggests the functional strategies for the division in coordination with the entities under supervision.
Controls the performance of the division, setting Key Performance Indicators and ensuring that the set plans and programs achieve the desired objectives.
Participates with the top executive management in formulating the overall company strategy.
Develops marketing & communications’ strategies for the company and ensure strategic implementation of tactical communication plans that are design to capitalize on market opportunities.
Develops and implements brand strategy, in addition to creating and integrated marketing channels that forms brand awareness and reputation.
Develops the marketing strategy for new and existing products and support the sales function in the assigned region through implementing company goals and integrating the sales plan with the marketing plan.
Directs the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and Public Relations.
Develops key corporate communication channels, such as publications and the company intranet and website pages, ensuring information is relevant, updated and accurately reflects business aims.
Directs the analysis of market research, whether conducted internally or acquired from third parties, and recommends corrective action to the CEO.
Guides the day to day activities of the marketing team.
Ensures that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
Monitors social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Work closely with the Digital Department to include digital services within the marketing operations and enhance both private label marketing and customer experience.
Ensures customer experience is maintained through implementing identity and branch appearance standards throughout the branches in addition to service quality standards.
Evaluates market trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability, also undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
General Administrative Duties
Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and workflow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.
Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.
Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.
Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned personnel in the Human Resources and Administration Division.
Following-up on subordinates’ affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
