Job Description:
To own the responsibility for the End to End Business/Operation Process and Work Instructions. And to assess the existing business processes automated on different support systems and identify the impacted processes and it is needed to be redesigned. Also, prepare the unified solution high and low-level designs showing what exactly to be implemented to achieve the goal of having one unified service management solution that consolidate the existing service support systems used in IT, network & operation.
- Ensure the processes are, and remain, fit for purpose and that measurements and reporting are in place and monitored.
- To ensure all processes within the assigned scope are developed and documented in accordance with the corporate standards and are available on the Commercial Process Repository.
Areas of Expertise:
· Telco Experience
· Redesign current eTOM Process
· Understand OSS/BSS Process
· Understand Different Technology
· Understand ITSM Process
· Proficiency in process management tools and concepts, in particular ETOM
· Conceptual thinking and analytics
· Ability to negotiate and communicate well
· Good knowledge about general management, organizational and business topics
· Good level of presentation skills
· Leadership and impact
· Excellent understanding of the customer organization and the roles and responsibilities of all business areas
· Creative thinking
