ماهي وظيفة مدير جودة؟
وظيفة مدير الجودة هو المسؤول الأول عن جودة المنتجات والخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسة بما يلبي متطلبات العملاء ويقوم مدير الجودة أو مدير ضمان الجودة لفحص المنتج النهائي للتأكد من انه تم إنشاؤه وفقا للمعايير القانونية وبما يلبي توقعات العملاء وكذلك تحتاج الوظيفة إلى الالتزام والدقة في التعامل ومراقبة التفاصيل الدقيقة ولذلك تتطلب الوظيفة المعرفة الشاملة بالعملاء المحتملين والحاليين وكذلك المنافسين، وتحديد متطلبات المواد الخام او المنتجات الوسيطة للموردين والهدف من الوظيفة هو المساعدة على سمعة المؤسسة ومن خلال ضمان قدرة المنتجات والخدمات.
المهام الوظيفية لمهنة مهندس مشروعات:
- فهم احتياجات ومتطلبات العملاء لتطوير عمليات فعالة لمراقبة الجودة.
- ابتكار ومراجعة مواصفات المنتجات والعمليات.
- تحديد متطلبات المواد الخام والمنتجات الوسيطة للموردين.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية للصحة والسلامة وكذلك الالتزامات القانونية.
- الإشراف على المفتشين والفنيين والموظفين الآخرين وتقديم التوجيه والتعليمات.
- الإشراف على جميع إجراءات تطوير المنتجات لتحديد نسبة الأخطاء ومعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة وفحص الإخراج النهائي ومقارنة الخصائص للمتطلبات
- الإشراف على الموافقة او رفض المنتجات الغير صالحة.
- المحافظة على وثائق المؤسسة والدقة في التعامل مع الاجراءات والتحليلات الاحصائية.
- التقييم المستمر لردود افعال العملاء ومدى رضاهم عن المنتجات والخدمات.
- إرسال تقارير مفصلة للمديرين التنفيذيين.
- اطلاع الدائم على فرص التطوير والتحسين بشكل مستمر.
What is the job of a quality manager?
The job of the Quality Manager is the primary responsible for the quality of the products and services provided by the institution in order to meet the requirements of customers. The Quality Manager or Quality Assurance Manager checks the final product to ensure that it was created in accordance with legal standards and meets the expectations of the customers. Therefore, the job requires comprehensive knowledge of potential and existing customers as well as competitors, and specification of requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and the goal of the job is to help the reputation of the organization and by ensuring the ability of products and services.
Job assignments for a project engineer career:
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Creating and reviewing product and process specifications.
• Determine requirements for raw materials and intermediate products for suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
• Oversee inspectors, technicians and other personnel and provide guidance and instructions.
• Supervising all product development procedures to determine the percentage of errors and quality standards.
• Monitor and check final output and compare characteristics to requirements
• Supervising approval or rejection of invalid products.
• Maintaining the institution's documentation and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedures and analyzes.
• Continuous evaluation of customer feedback and satisfaction with products and services.
• Submit detailed reports to executives.
• Keeping abreast of opportunities for continuous improvement and improvement.
