The Manager of Sales shall be responsible for supervising and supporting company’s direct sales team to supply standalone equipment, products and other services to customers;
facilitate to customers their receipt of all after sales technical services. The person should be well-versed with Company Portfolio of Services and with the help of tools like Partner Portals etc., able to Bid and Quote and Close a deal with very little or no-assistance from anyone in the team.
- Duties:
· Shall be responsible for developing all direct sales strategies, plans, sales targets, and budgets, leading a competent and qualified sales team capable of implementing Company's direct sales strategies and plans as per budgets and achieve customer satisfaction.
· Shall identify scope, types, specifications and brands of products to be offered to customers and their sources based on the guidance
· be responsible for negotiating all contracts with vendors to ensure obtaining the best terms and conditions for Company while maintaining strategic partnerships with such vendors which is beneficial to both parties.
· Shall assign customers to his sales team and create an account executive for each customer or group of customers based on size, products, geographical locations, and importance.
· Shall participate in the preparation of bids, quotations, and proposals submitted to customers to ensure full compliance to customers’ requirements and accuracy of pricing which represents good value to customers, in addition to providing clear terms and conditions of warrantee and after sales services.
· Shall develop and implement an incentive plan for his sales team to ensure fairness and adequate rewards based on performance and accomplishment of targets
· Shall cooperate with the Accounting department to ensure proper cost accounting is being implemented which facilitates the creation of applicable profit centers.
