We are looking for a qualified Senior sales account manager to join our Sales team. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales, and should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Identifies accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulates strategies to reach out to these accounts and retain the customers.

  • Actively involved in developing relationships with key clients (outdoor meeting).

  • Coordinate with the sales team and marketing to find out ways to retain and increase customers database.

  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. 

  • Conducts strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends

  • Meet business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs.

  • Conducts rate reviews or any dispute related to proposals and quotation with strategic customers.

  • Gather market information to create offers that will boost the company margins and will beat his competitors.

  • Identify business trends, forecast demand and prepare the annual sales budget.

  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule. 

  • Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.

  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements. 

  • Calculating client quotations. 

  • Negotiating tender and contract terms. 

  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. 

  • Administering client accounts. 

  • Analyzing costs and sales. 

  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. 

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
