Jobs Support Services Jobs in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia
- To assist in the provision of an efficient receipt, storage, distribution and despatch, service for all medical and ancillary goods for all departments throughout the hospital and satellite.
- Receipt, storage, issue, and distribution of all stock and non-stock items utilising manual and computerised systems.
- Provide daily ‘top up’ stock system for medical consumables to designated facilities management services.
- Manage stores and maintenance of computerised stock control system.
- To maintain a log of all deliveries received in Stores and/or Goods Inwards, which have not been ordered via the approved ordering system and liaise with addressee to arrange delivery/collection and ensuring goods are signed for by the recipient.
- To be responsible for the documentation, packaging, and despatch of all goods as required.
- To file or scan all delivery documentation relating goods received. This will include manual and computerised systems.
- To assist in maintaining the Main Stores and ancillary stores in a clean and tidy manner always.
- To assist with the moving of equipment and furniture.
- To carry out the above duties and any other duties as reasonably requested by the Soft Services Manager, his/her appointed deputy, or any facilities management leadership team.
- To observe and comply with all Health and Safety Regulations as set out by OCS and the Hospital Management and according to current regulations.
Health & Safety:
- Comply with OCS HSQE policies and safe systems of work.
- Promptly report all HSQE hazards, incidents and near misses to HSQE Department.
- Appropriate use of equipment’s and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with agreed safe work practices.
- Abide by all Local laws, regulations, and guidance.
- Perform work in an ethical manner as to not cause harm or damage to Health, Safety and Environment.
- Participate in company led HSQE activities, HSQE meetings, trainings and workshops and give feedback.
