• Proof of daily financial operations in the accounting program.


• Collect the results of the general journal, general professor and analytical books monthly in order to prepare the scales and ensure their validity to reach the business results and the financial position of the facility.


• Follow-up and implementation of the financial payments due on the institution (bills, rents, government benefits, etc.) and pay them on time in accordance with the approved system.


• Matching the results of the operations of the points of sale in all the exhibitions on a daily basis with the bank account statements and following up the collection of what has not been collected from the banks and commissions according to the agreement concluded with the banks.


• Review daily sales and ensure that they comply with the daily sales record.


• Follow-up on collecting the establishment’s dues with other parties.


• Reviewing and reconciling bank account balances in the accounting records with these bank statements and making the necessary adjustments


• Prepare monthly statements of accounts sent to suppliers for the purpose of confirming the integrity and correctness of these account balances and making the necessary adjustments for differences if any.


• Preparing financial statements as needed.

 

• إثبات جميع العمليات المالية اليومية في البرنامج المحاسبي


• تجميع نتائج دفتر اليومية العامة والأستاذ العام والدفاتر التحليلية شهرياً بغرض إعداد الموازين والتأكد من مدى صحتها للوصول لنتائج الأعمال والمركز المالي للمنشأة


• متابعة وتنفيذ المدفوعات المالية المستحقة على المؤسسة ( فواتير ، ايجارات ، استحقاقات حكومية .. الخ ) ودفعها في وقتها حسب النظام المعتمد.


• مطابقة نتائج عمليات اجهزة نقاط البيع في كل المعارض بشكل يومي مع كشوف حسابات البنك ومتابعة تحصيل ما لم يتم تحصيله من البنوك والعمولات حسب الاتفاقية المبرمة مع البنوك .


• مراجعة المبيعات اليومية والتأكد من مطابقتها لسجل المبيعات اليومي


• متابعة تحصيل مستحقات المنشأة لدى الاطرف الأخرى


• المراجعة والمطابقة بين أرصدة حسابات البنوك بالسجلات المحاسبية مع كشوف حسابات هذه البنوك وإجراء التسويات اللازمة


• إعداد كشوف حسابات شهرية ترسل للموردين بغرض التأكيد على سلامة وصحة أرصدة هذه الحسابات وإجراء التسويات اللازمة بالفروق إن وجدت.


• اعداد القوائم المالية حسب الحاجة .
