Job Summary:
The nature of this position is quite different. Since we have been developing our expertise in analysing accounting disputes among disputing parties and sometimes taking arbitrator's role to solve such disputes, we are looking for a candidate who has mainly accounting background (with law insight)
- A legal advisor who clearly understand the nature of economic transactions and able to analyze any disputes between conflicted parties.
- A fully knowledgeable of company's regulations, laws and tax regulations.

ملخص وظيفي:
طبيعة هذا العمل مختلفة الي حد ما، حيث إن طبيعة عملنا تقتضي منا تطوير خبراتنا في تحليل النزاعات المحاسبية بين الأطراف المتنازعة. ويكون دورنا في هذه الحالات تحكيمي لحل هذه المنازعات. لذا فإننا نبحث عن أشخاص لديهم المعرفة التامة بالمحاسبة والقانون على حد سواء.
- مستشار مالي ذو خلفية قانونية يجب ان يكون لدية الفهم والمعرفة التامة على تحليل المنازعات بين الأطراف المتنازعة.
- دراية تامة بالقوانين واللوائح والأنظمة الضريبية للشركات السارية والمعمول بها داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
