• To follow the traffic regulations and drive carefully and safely


• To carry out daily preventive checks of assigned vehicle to ensure minimal loss hours and loss in productivity


• To adhere to the vehicle preventive maintenance schedules to improve the operational efficiency


• To inculcate good driving practices to avoid accidents and mishaps and maximize utilization


• Timely and accurate identification of any abnormalities and take appropriate actions to avoid loss of productive hours and improve vehicle availability


• To ensure recording of odometer readings at the time fuel filling & reporting at warehouses for loading of goods on a daily basis


• To ensure timely renewal of permits/fitness/license


• To practice safe and hygiene requirements of products being transported


• To report to FMO any abnormality in the vehicle form time to time


• To get acknowledgment on invoice from customer on receipt of products and submit back to Sales coordinator in Sales office


• To observe timings of 7 am to 7 pm with one hour of lunch time
