A. Accountabilities:
• Manage and Maintain System/Network infrastructure environment
• Configure and Manage Active Directory on Windows Server 2010, 2013 & above
• Manage Windows Active Directory Domain and Exchange Servers
• Configure and Manage troubleshooting server core 2008 & 2012
• Configure and manage troubleshooting exchange 2013
• Define system administration and security functions, performing high-level system design, interface definition and implementation of the platform
• Troubleshoot production environment problems and create, maintain a disaster recovery plan ( DRP)
• Responsible for all servers related to work-related issues
• Participate in system installation, upgrading migration and patch management
• Responsible for security policy and virus protection
• Manage day to day support on Windows Server and Backup servers through a frequent visit to data center units
• Support all remote offices and home-based users using Microsoft VPN
• Generate various capacity planning reports and take necessary actions to avoid bottlenecks.
• Participate in storage management tools selection, deployment, and administration
• The document, maintain, and improve standards, processes, and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technology
B. Qualifications:
• At least five years experience in Microsoft domain system and services
• Application administration and server hardware & software support & service.
• At least three years experience on Exchange administrator
• Experience of solving LAN&WAN problems and using CA, Magic.
• Good knowledge of new IT technologies such as Cisco, HP, SUN, Storage,
• Intra nets share point and different communication solutions.
• Should be dynamic and update his knowledge of hardware & software
• Continuously through further reading and Contractor organized courses.
• Capable of analyzing and diagnosing software problems expeditiously.
• MS Exchange 2010/13 certificate or higher
• Experience in Juniper firewall
• VMware Certified
• MCSE Certified
