One of our clients is looking for FO Engineers with the below domain:

FO L1 Core/PS (Surveillance)
FO L1 NGBSS/eSight (Surveillance)
FO L1 MW /WL (Surveillance)

• Trouble Ticket Creation, Handling and Closing as per agreed SOPs.


• Fault Management/L1 Troubleshooting (Internal and Multi-Vendor Troubleshooting)


• Change Management


• Event Assurance and Management


• Escalation and follow up for Network Incidents per SOP.


• 3rd party fault escalation & follow up.


• SLA understanding & fulfilment and follow up for compliance with all stakeholders.


• WLA/OLA understanding and execution during NOC operational tasks


• Reporting & Presentation skills


• Problem Management Process, Resolution TTs for repeated faults.


• Customer Complaints Handling, Support to other vendors/groups under Huawei scope


• Network Safety & Security standards compliance.
