Our client, a market leader in Real Estate and Property Development is seeking Head of Collections. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the COO.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in Collections preferably from the Real Estate sector.
- You will identify and develop policies and procedures for the collection function to maintain efficient collection practices and enhance control standards within the function in line with organizational direction.
- To manage, track, and collect clients’ accounts receivable based on lease/rental data and coordinate with the commercial department for finalization of the collection.
- Direct and manage the collection of the rental and utilities due amount.
- Manage Issue payment request, and invoice to the tenant and follow-up on the lease/rental collection to ensure the conduction of activities on a timely basis.
- Implementing the collection manual to issue warning notices & action notices and so on to tenants who are not making payments on time to expedite the collection of overdue receivables.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting department to resolve any discrepancies with lease receivables.
- Manage the submission of regular reports, lease collection efficiency, receivables lead time, and delinquency.
- Manage and record collections numbers in the computer system, follow up on payment delays, and report unpaid invoices to the legal department & COO & CD, Finance, and Accounting department if needed for posting in the company portal.
