JOB PURPOSE:


Manage the Business requirements with a view to enhance their people capability. In addition, act as a HR partner to enable the business to perform at an optimum level achieving the goals for HR as well as, the business, within set KPIs, budget and respective policies and procedures


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Strategic Contribution



  1. Build short term and long-term strategy for the function/s being supported for enhancing the People capability and Business Performance, in alignment with the Business Leaders and HR team
  2. Execute the HR strategy by following the operational plans shared to achieve functional objectives and contribute to delivering the Company strategy


  • Leadership



  1. Provide adequate Leadership in executing the HR operational plans by building buy-in from Business and ensuring high quality of output
  2. Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to NADEC vision, mission, values, and strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team, and continuously improve performance.


  • Budgeting



  1. Develop, submit and upon approval implement the Business - People budget, monitoring its accurate execution, identifying cost saving opportunities and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations, in order to ensure compliance with pre-set targets.


  • Core Accountabilities



  1. Drive and implement OD/HR strategy to deliver business goals.
  2. Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and business to achieve high levels of performance.
  3. Work as internal HR Consultant, to matters relating to employees e.g. decisions on recruiting extra workforce, improving productivity, talent related discussions/decisions, Operating Cost management.
  4. Ensure Talent Identification, Acquisition and Management in order to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization.
  5. Ensure that Nadec, as a Company, has sustained bench strength of talent, and the business has proper succession plans in place for its key positions.
  6. Ensure adequate training, implementation and monitoring of HR processes to achieve desired results from the key HR processes like Performance Management, Competency Assessment, Talent Management etc.
  7. Provide efficient and effective HR services to the business by coordinating with Support Services and Expertise Team (C&B, OD, T&D, Operations) to deliver quality and timely solutions.
  8. Responsible for managing HR related costs/expenses of the respective business and functions.
  9. Improve performance of the employees at all levels of the business through implementation of tools and systems developed by the expertise team and drive the performance agenda.
  10. Ensure partnering with Business Managers to improve the operating efficiency of different parts of the Function by suggesting, implementing, and monitoring, people and organization capability improvement strategies.
  11. Drive various OD projects as advised from time to time in the function and deliver optimum results
  12. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  13. Implements Policies and Procedures of HR into the business, Clarifies and suggests improvements of policies and process.


  • Change Management



  1. Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering global best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:


Education and Certifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or any related field

  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred

  • Certifications in Leadership Courses, OD or HR Analytics are desirable


Experience:



  • 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field
