⦁ Set Manpower Plans in coordination with line management.
⦁ Conduct job profile for all open positions in coordination with line manager.
⦁ Agree with the line manager on selection criteria (written tests, assessment, interviews, etc.).
⦁ Act proactively towards open and vacant positions by running advertisements on the company’s website and available job boards.
⦁ Handle all recruitment and training programs activities in coordination with local and overseas recruitment agencies, where applicable.
⦁ Conduct CV search and CV screening.
⦁ Conduct initial phone-interview screening for shortlisted candidates.
⦁ Maintain a pool of potential talents (Internal and External).
⦁ Apprise shortlisted candidates with their final results in writing.
⦁ Issue Job Offers and Complete Employment Files.
⦁ Arrange for medical checks for selected candidates.
⦁ Notify all concerned departments of new hires.
⦁ Any other task as required by the line manager.
⦁ تعيين خطط القوى العاملة بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر.
⦁ إجراء ملف تعريف الوظيفة لجميع الوظائف المفتوحة بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر.
⦁ الاتفاق مع المدير المباشر على معايير الاختيار (الاختبارات الكتابية ، والتقييم ، والمقابلات ، وما إلى ذلك).
⦁ التصرف بشكل استباقي تجاه الوظائف الشاغرة والشاغرة عن طريق تشغيل الإعلانات على موقع الشركة على الويب ولوحات الوظائف المتاحة.
⦁ التعامل مع جميع أنشطة برامج التوظيف والتدريب بالتنسيق مع وكالات التوظيف المحلية والأجنبية ، عند الاقتضاء.
⦁ إجراء البحث عن السيرة الذاتية وفحصها.
⦁ إجراء فحص أولي للمقابلة عبر الهاتف للمرشحين المختارين.
⦁ الحفاظ على مجموعة من المواهب المحتملة (الداخلية والخارجية).
استقبل المرشحين المختارين بنتائجهم النهائية كتابةً.
⦁ إصدار عروض العمل وإكمال ملفات التوظيف.
⦁ ترتيب الفحوصات الطبية للمرشحين المختارين.
⦁ إخطار جميع الإدارات المعنية بالتعيينات الجديدة.
⦁ أي مهمة أخرى يطلبها المدير المباشر.
