Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

Responsible for managing workflow of IT within the company and identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Handle procurement for IT related products
Following up with vendors and suppliers and reviewing related contracts
Implement changes to IT programs, at an organization-wide or individual level, in an efficient, accurate, and timely way
Completed IT projects on time and within established budgets
Act as the link between IT staff, consultants or suppliers and the Business unit
Ensure a unified and standardized IT support service to all business departments
