  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships -- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships within the project teams, internal business units, consultants and contractors and maintaining them over time.

  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers and Subordinates – Promote and maintain good working relationships with the relevant team members, administrative staff, Finance, Contracts, Accounting, consultants, contractors and vendors.

  • Prepare and maintain a database for each assigned contract, that details the current status, contract value, variation orders, directives, payment authorizations, processing of invoices and any other associated documentation required to maintain the process.

  • Obtaining Information -- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.  Vetting that information to ensure its accuracy, relevance and compliance before passing along to others.

  • Proactively prepare all related paperwork and process it through the internal departments to maintain current status on all contracts.

  • Report current contract status regularly to the Director Procurement & Contracts and Project Executives.

  • Assist the project teams in the assembly, review and routing of contractual documents.

  • Participate in regular project team meetings to provide status, discuss issues and provide support for any situation that requires variation orders, payment authorizations and the processing of invoices.

  • Provide the above-listed functions from the inception of the project through project closeout.  Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

  • Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others -- Settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

  • Possess skills in interpreting contractual agreements and formulating claims. 

  • Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge -- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.

  • Assist “Project Executive – Parks & Attractions” as required. 

  • Working Experience in Aconex Document Management System.
