Job Summary
Liaise with discipline Managers for delivery of Document Control procedures, processes and systems for use at corporate and project offices
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Ensure accuracy and edit files and contracts.
- Review and update technical documents.
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Draft DC relevant procedures for use at corporate offices and all projects offices.
- Review DC relevant procedures of sub-contractors.
- Manage and deliver the company DMS (Document Management System) to projects.
- Administration of the company DMS.
- Ensure company DMS is being used properly by the company staff.
- Establish Document control Ledgers and logs.
