Job description
Looking for an experienced QC Engineer, Controller to undertake all aspects of the Quality Control Department, including plastic lab testing, Injection Molding - Quality - Line Inspectors / Final Inspectors / End Products in Plastic Injection molding industry. Candidates will perform a variety of duties to adjust color on production lots and render quality control judgments for raw materials in-process and finished products. Industry Type: Chemicals, Petrochemical, Plastic, Rubber.
The successful Duties include:
the operation of weighing scales, analytical balances, blenders, mixers, lab molding machines and other related equipment; maintaining logs, records and data; performing computer color corrections in order to make appropriate colorant additions to production; giving final color approval for each product; performing in-process and final product quality control tests; etc.
