1. Develop all activities related to the brand and customers in order to collect updated data that supports understanding the brand health which should include performing an analysis that covers the following (but is not limited to):
⦁ Competitor analysis
⦁ Social, economic, and environmental impact
2. Ensure that market research and analysis activities support and enable to decision-making for the Brand Management team. This should include (but is not limited to):
⦁ Performing in-depth analysis of various markets to identify the potential customer and market segments
⦁ Performing a detailed competitive analysis (financial and services)
⦁ Analyzing statistics that have been collected through market research surveys
⦁ Determination of market demand (trends), customer needs, and identification of market pricing structure (market and demand analysis)
3. Design and develop research demands from brand managers to support in providing the needed result which assure the progress of the brand activity
4. Provide conclusions and recommendations that maintain a competitive market advantage for the brand based on the market research and analysis results.
5. Direct and supervise the external Agencies market research firm to ensure that appropriate methodologies and techniques are used to meet determined objectives.
6. Manage all activities related to the market research and analysis process which includes the development of a Research Plan in conjunction with all brands.
