Duties and Responsibilities:

• Type memos, reports, policies and procedures and any other forms necessary .
• File all CSSD documentation in appropriate files, distributes copies as necessary .
• Keep records of usage, distribution, function of equipment, plus any special records necessary.
• Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for the department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel .
• Submit monthly reports to the CSSD Manager
• Handle phone calls and take messages .
• Perform database and file system management .
• Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics .
• Secures information by completing database backups .
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies .
• Organize worh by reading and writing correspondence, collecting information, and initiatingtelecommunications .
