- To develop the strategy of the department.
- Manage, co-ordinate company’s Risk & Credit Self-Assessment Process and leads the development of key risk indicators and related tools wherever appropriate.
- Establish and develop new Risk Monitoring Policies and Procedures to strengthen the risk identification areas and provide an effective tools to identify early warming signs or concerns for the Portfolio.
- Monitors the performance of the Portfolio, depending on the activity, type, size of risk and collateral type.
- To develop Risk Reports for the department which shows the risk areas pre-fact and post-fact.
- Identifies possible future changes in economic conditions and their effects on the Company’s Credit Portfolio.
- To offer regular in-house training for the Company’s staff to enhance the risk sense
