Responsibilities

• Identify new businesses and reach out to create interest
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Contact potential clients who already shown interest by registering on our free trial to show them the value
• Prospect new business for ExpandCart e-commerce solutions
• Educate customers on the value of the ExpandCart solutions
• Ask qualifying questions and position ExpandCart solutions that best fit customer needs
• Use sales CRM to ensure direction in the sales cycle
• Follow up with merchants to further educate and solidify their business plans
• Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge
• Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Work with the support team to create and manage excellent customer experiences
