ROLE PURPOSE:
Supervisor – Business Intelligence and Process Improvement is responsible for gathering business data through many different ways including gathering this data through mining a company's computer data, looking at competitor data, and industry trends.
With the data collected, they help develop a picture of the company's competitiveness compared to other players in the market. Accordingly, they suggest solutions for improvement. Also, He / She is responsible for the systemizing and supervising processes and internal projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
1- Key result area – Business Intelligence and Process Improvement
§ To identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
§ To identify development needs to improve and streamline operations.
§ To create and maintain system documentation including process and internal projects
§ To be responsible for identifying and coordinating process improvement initiatives, including best practices and standard operating procedures, the role is responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
§ To execute process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans.
§ To develop plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to innovate existing processes
§ Develops tools and methods to track and report relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s).
§ To create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations and systemize them.
§ To create new business workflows and improve current workflows.
§ To create new forms/templates, improve current forms/templates, and systemize them.
§ To systemize and supervise internal projects such as job descriptions and policies and procedures.
FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
§ Supervisor – Business Intelligence and Process Improvement report directly to CFO & Support Services.
§ The jobholder is expected to be a multitasking, pro-active, technical problem solver.
§ No financial authority.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or Finance
§ 4- 6 years of experience in relevant fields.
§ Performance tuning, data analysis, and integration
§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
§ Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
§ Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and Process Improvement, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) business workflows, forms/templates
§ Experience delivering high team satisfaction.
