• Documenting changes to the manpower plans and updating reports
• Sourcing and shortlisting CVs
• Posting jobs and addressing the applicants
• Coordinate with Hiring manager to insure proper Recruitment procedure
• Conducting interviews and submitting candidate evaluations
• Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process
• Monitor and providing reports related to recruitment
• Coordinating with various agencies to ensure the on-boarding of external staff
