Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Provide technical expertise in the areas related water, wastewater, metering and equipment and support
NWC in determining the required related engineering services and evaluating its outcomes.
Managerial Responsibilities
Develops and implements the directorate's strategy, objectives, and KPI’S and ensure
department managers and employees are working towards achievement of these objectives.
Develops and implement the department's policies and follow the set procedures in order to
achieve section objectives.
Controls the department’s annual budget monitors all employees are within the assigned
budget.
Ensures the ongoing development of the department's employees, and guide the performance
management and the developmental activities of direct reports to ensure engaged and high
performing employees.
Functional Responsibilities
Set the department’s strategic objectives and operational plans, and ensure the cascading of
such to employees’ individual objectives.
Direct the department’s budgeting process and provide the function head with the department’s
budget forecast. Monitor performance against budget and address variances.
Provide the scope and technical requirements and specifications for projects that would serve
as input for RFPs and initiatives.
Lead value engineering efforts and provide input on best practices on water / waste water
infrastructure design.
Support in the design of technical standards for NWC projects covering water, waste water,
metering and equipment domains.
Lead the quality inspection activities and evaluate outcomes to ensure that all the materials
used and task delivered in NWC projects are compliant with NWC's technical standards.
Coordinate with project managers and analyze the outputs of the project to assure the delivery
of technical standards and set actions to improve it.
Oversee the department's participation in the special task forces including inspection, project
handover, waiver management, etc.
