- Primary Objectives
- The incumbent holds the responsibility for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market and maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications as a brand guardian.
- Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
- Strategize and implement consumer marketing plans of assigned brand based on research and consumer insights.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects with Advertising, Media, Activation and Market Research agencies
- Support the marketing department for any projects assigned by department head
- In addition, work closely with Trade marketing to optimize brand plans in retail environment
- Work closely digital executive and social media team on assigned branding
- Responsible for Marketing intelligence and Market visits within the Kingdom.
Other:
- Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.
- Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
- Adhere to all BCR policies and procedures.
