• Accountable for monitoring the progress of projects,
• Responsible for managing all the financial information related to projects at company.
• keeps track of each project's expenses and provides regular reports on whether the project is over or under budget. 
• responsible for verifying the costing sheet and informing managers how much a project could potentially cost and/or earn.
• works with a variety of colleagues within the company.
• may obtain information from project managers, call logistic team for pricing, payment terms and billing concerns.
• Overseeing the accounting function to ensure the timely and accurate availability of reports to external and internal stakeholders.
• supervise and oversee the accounts payable, receivable, ledger, credit and all related areas. 
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution reports.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
• Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Notifying & investigating any abnormalities in the disbursement of company funds.
• Advising and assisting the Management in the compilation and control of the budget.
