- Managing overall company operation and achieve the goals set.
- Closely monitoring and controlling all departments performance in daily bases.
- Building KPIs for every employee in a head office and quarterly evaluation.
- Controlling company cash flow by smart managing like increase the credit term and reduce expenses.
- Minimize the overhead cost as much as he can and increase productivity.
- Identify the strength of the company and work hardily for expansion.
- Daily following up for the new projects to start operation.
- Confirming that all inventory items are available in a warehouse and avoid any out of stock.
- Increasing profitability by controlling the overall cost for a company.
- Deal with reputed suppliers and build good relationships and minimize the cost.
- .Opening nearly 15 to 20 stores in a yearly bases.
- Provide strong relationship and ensure all employees understand the vision and strategy and their part in its achievement.
- Successfully implementing company policy
- Building and maintaining an effective management team
- Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operation
