Primary Objectives:

The incumbent holds the responsibility to ensure efficient and error free transactions and timely delivery of finished goods as per approved orders.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 - Accountabilities:

• Manage export customers’ orders with highest possible efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy and ensure right first time.

-Responsibilities:

•  Preparing and issuing all the necessary documents and certifications for the export orders.


•  Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Planning team and the external stakeholders i.e. service providers


•  Prepare deliveries plan, on the base of stock available and pending order to be delivered.


•  Receiving export orders, reviewing and seek confirmation from planning team, its delivery location.


•  Prepare the necessary credit note in case of damage in coordination with finance department.


•  Arrange re-palletizing for customers when required.


•  Record export VAT accurately in order to be eligible for VAT return on exported good.


•  Complete work assignments and priorities within the specified timeline.


•  Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.


•  Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
