We are looking for a passionate Fleet Sales Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your assigned customers, managing the interface, bidding, sales, and follow up of the new vehicle department operations as needed.
About the role:
· Solicit fleet accounts for vehicles, service, body shop, and parts sales.
· Provide complete daily contact reporting to the supervisor using the dealership contact report and customer contact technology.
· Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales.
· Provides out of stock service for fleet accounts and leading local companies in conjunction with the National Fleet Sales Manager.
· Supplies national fleet sales manager with month forecasts of fleet car deliveries.
· Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, lease & rental company, and commercial account vehicles routinely.
· Maintains professional appearance.
· Attends managers meetings as requested.
· Supervise and coordinate with the staff members and direct the personnel to do their relevant work effectively.
· To direct the work related to various fleet management activities like procurement, repairing, maintenance, servicing etc., according to priority and ensure that all these functions are carried out within the established rules and legal regulations.
· To confer with various departments regarding the needs and issues of vehicles that need to be addressed and ensure timely resolution of relevant conflicts and make sure that the vehicles are maintained and that they are operating properly.
· To understand the specifications of the vehicles that need to be procured, to be involved in coordinating the purchase, and to make sure that the purchased vehicles have optimal quality and price.
· To provide detailed technical training related to fleet management duties to the subordinate staff members, answer their queries, and to give information related to various policies and procedures.
· To maintain statistical reports, files, and relevant records related to maintenance, repairs, depreciation, mileage, etc.
· To develop and implement the annual budget by analyzing and reviewing the financial data and by controlling and authorizing the expenditures done and to assist in formulating new policies, programs, and procedures.
· Should have good experience of Financial solution for SME sector.
