The main purpose of the HR Business Partner’s job is to manage the HR services and activities of the concerned BU (Business Unit) /JV (Joint Venture) and ensure that the required HR support is provided in an efficient and effective manner
- Ensures the effective provision of all HR services to the concerned BU/JV and provides general oversight on all the BU/JV’s HR related processes and activities
- Develops the yearly HR plan and budget of the concerned BU/JV and ensures it meets its budget and other non-financial targets set by Top Management
- Reviews all BU/JV’s staff timesheets, and ensures accurate and timely completion of the payroll preparation process- Ensures the BU/JV’s current and future manpower requirements are met and that non-managerial level employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in accordance with Rawabi Holding’s HR strategy
- Coordinates with the CHO Talent Unit for fulfilling the BU/JV manpower requirements for managerial level employees
- Creates and follow ups with the BU/JV’s HR initiatives, including Saudization and the recruiting of females as applicable
- Manages strategic HR processes such as succession planning and career development for all the BU/JV staff- Manages the implementation of disciplinary procedures within the BU/JV in coordination with the Employee Relations Unit Head
- Manages grievances of non-managerial level employees- Coordinates and follows up with the Government Relations department for the timely execution of BU/JV government formalities requests such as visas, iqamas, exit/re-entry visas, etc.
- Provides support to the BU/JV managers for the successful execution of the performance appraisal process at the BU/JV
- Ensures proper and timely execution of the performance appraisal process by the BU/JV managers- Manages the training and development of all BU/JV staff in coordination with the Talent Development Unit
- Manages all personnel administration tasks for BU/JV staff including management of leaves, grievances and end of service- Ensures compliance with Rawabi Holding’s personnel regulations at the BU/JV
- Develops and institutionalizes the BU/JV’s specific HR related data, know-how and capabilities while leveraging on the ERP business solutions- Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of HR professionals to ensure that the BU/JV’s HR requirements are met- Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal and succession planning of all direct and indirect reports
- Promotes a highly effective management and leadership style in line with the Company’s values and that supports the achievement of its strategy and objectives
- Identifies potential successor for his/her position; oversees and implements developmental plans for identified successors
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
- Interacts with upper management to fulfill all BU/JV HR requirements
- Interacts with non-managerial level new comers during the recruitment, induction and orientation processes
-Interacts with the Government Relations Department for processing all BU/JV’s government related formalities
- Interfaces with the Delocalized Finance Officers for payroll and settlement processes- Interacts and manages direct reports and operational issues on a daily basis
