Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
⦁ Manage all insurance policies across all lines of insurance (Marine, Motor, Property, Health, Group Life and others) for group of companies, and negotiate insurance policy terms, conditions and pricing, for renewal purposes.
⦁ Review policy language, continuity and completeness of coverage and Identify risks associated with policies
⦁ Update company assets and properties lists for insurance on a monthly basis
⦁ Update life insurance lists on a quarterly basis
⦁ Supervising Marine insurance declaration & claims
⦁ Monitor all Insurance accounting transactions in the system and identify irregular entries,
⦁ Follow-ups with all body-shops Kingdom-wide, where claimed repair works are done, to guarantee fast action
⦁ Assist in management of claims
⦁ Coordinate with legal department on claims requiring litigation
⦁ Generate reports on claims covering; Repairs, Total loss, Marine, Internal accidents, 3 rd party claims etc., to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances
⦁ Create manual for insurance procedures, and update it constantly to reflect new changes in the market
⦁ Manage subordinates in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
