Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Support the roll-out of new applications. Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Test and evaluating new technology.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- follow standards and guidelines for operations.
- Monitor servers, all applications, and services continuously.
- Perform preventive maintenance on GAC devices regularly.
- support daily operations and help development team to resolve issues.
- Provide direct support to users, including troubleshooting complex problems to ensure an adequate timely manner response.
