1. Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with operational, and/or scheduling requirements 
2. Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
3. Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
4. Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project
5. Oversee the activities and performance of teams works to ensure compliance with high quality requirements
6. Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships
7. Supervise completion of punch-lists, close-out documentation, and demobilize the job at the completion of a project
8. Facilitate communication between all on-going project participants
9. Resolve issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track
