- Solve problems related to Network/Hardware/VoIP incidents ensuring that they are properly diagnosed, logged and escalated to appropriate levels and consistent with quality standards and ensure incident management KPIs, e.g. resolution time.
- Administer, evaluate and recommend agreements with vendors for outside services including cabling, data storage, equipment maintenance and repair, software support and other services , and ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
- Work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changes.
- Providing support of Network devices such as Routers, Switches, Security Solutions, Wireless Solutions, VOIP and Network Management across WAN/LAN.
- Knowledge in Firewalls and site-site VPN.
- Network Infrastructure, including Cabling, LAN, WAN, Security and Wireless Network Services, including Monitoring, DNS, and VPN Telephony Infrastructure, including PBX, VoIP, SIP and Security Infrastructure, including Firewalls, wired and wireless networks.
- Office 365 support and Dynamics 365 support.
- Technical support for LAN, IP phone , desktop , remote user etc.
- Active Directory and server support in Windows platform.
- Analyse the current network structure and submit quarterly comprehensive reports to management on how to make the network more efficient.
- Overseeing activities pertaining to installation and configuration of network devices.
- Conduct regular network performance tests.
- Following up on and ensuring resolution of escalated network support issues.
- Producing network status reports to present to direct manager
- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
