Demonstrable commitment to safety in design and construction.
• Overall PMC responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the Project
• Overseeing development and implementation of the overall PEP and ensuring alignment with the Project objectives and strategies.
• Accountable for general organization, planning, directions, coordination, progress monitoring, and execution related activities of the PMC, the EPC‐ECs
• and WCs.
• Provide single point of accountability for PMC project delivery
• Provide coordination between all PMC entities Worldwide
• Provide day‐to‐day oversight of the PMC team
• Facilitate the integration and alignment of the stakeholders to the ultimate benefit of the Project and liaise closely with the Plant Operations.
• Ensuring that EPC Contractor develops and implements the project EHS safety strategy.
• Robustly uphold compliance with EHS procedures by EPC Contractor and PMC team.
• Coordinate with EHS Coordinator to ensure adequate monitoring and reporting of EHS related matters, that suitable safety training is in place and that there is continual development of EHS initiatives.
• Holding of project to agreed scope, budget and schedule, and meets all business objectives.
• Holding EPC Contractor accountable for project delivery of project to agreed scope, budget and schedule, and meets all business objectives. Ensuring Work Package cost (and other budgetary) estimates are of the highest quality. Maintaining control of costs and schedule through regular cost reporting from EPC Contractor, performing productivity analyses and undertaking corrective measures to rectify cost and scheduling issues.
• Developing and issuing the Project Execution Plan whilst ensuring cost, schedule and performance metrics are rigorously managed.
• Administering project in accordance with contractual requirements and administration procedures.
• Directly responsible for decisions relating to contractual matters and contract administration.
• Accountable for systematic project close-out at end of project in line with Employer procedures.
