Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare a short and long-term development plan that clarifies the objectives of the facility
- Supervising all branches and visiting them all periodically
- Monitor deviations from the established plans, their causes and methods of treatment, in cooperation with the employees, by applying the organizational regulations
- Responsible for the availability of all materials needed for operational processes and monitoring of consumer and spoilage
- Supervising the implementation of products with the same quality, monitoring sales in all branches, and achieving the goals set by the management
- Monitoring the quality of hygiene and following the (municipal) supervisory instructions to avoid violations
- Supervising the delivery operations in coordination with the concerned companies
- Monitor branch requests in coordination with accounts, purchases, fund monitoring and financial movement
- Responsible for meeting health, professional and standard conditions for workers in addition to materials, equipment and tools after studying and approving them by the Director General
- Responsible for solving any customer issue if it is not handled by the branch management
- Monitor local competitors and their operations, make comparisons and present them directly to
- management
- Responsible for implementing health and safety requirements, civil defense, property insurance and
- document-keeping systems in the branches
- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports to help other departments to quickly take the appropriate decision
